One fan, who chose to only be named as 'GaGary', sobbed: "It's just a bit of a shock. Some of us consider TiBB to be a haven from an unfriendly world of homophobia and Leona Lewis' music, so to have it jeopardised in this way really makes you feel uneasy, y'know?"
Another, Jack_, weeped: "It's just unfair! He worked so hard on Elimination 5 - and it's all for nothing! I know I'll be up all night with red eyes because of this."
Speculation continues as to when Ross will be unbanned, though some critics are suggesting that even 10 minutes is too soon for this star to fade.
