Here's a letter i found today about Darius in My Mum's magazine
The Peoples Vote
My daughter Katy, 13, won a competition to go to a pop concert and meet the stars backstage. She was thrilled, but when the time came, most of the stars didn't bother to come and say hello. Even those that did seemed to think it was a huge effort for them to sign a few autographs.
Surely these bands need to realise that it's children like Katy and her friends who buy their music and keep them in business. There were on or two exceptions though, including Pop Idol's Darius. Not only did he give his autograph but he posed for a photo too. He was a perfect gentlemen. i know whose CDs the girls will be saving for next!
