Ever think it may not actually be what people mean?
Or even if it is, do you think that people should not express such sentiments given that he murdered two young girls, and committed rapes and sexual assualts on others?
You have to remember that one day he may be freed given a new identity and resettled somewhere in the United Kingdom, where incidentally a lot of these people live now, they may already be parents or may be parents subsequently after his release, and lets face it, mistakes are made with decisions on the rehabilitation of sex offenders and murderers.
