How is it disrespectful. Suppose a burka wearer was at a local government office and the person serving them is profoundly deaf but can lip read. What do you advise? Surely it is disresepctful of a school of religion to expect women to dress up like this, as the religion views the woman totally at fault in causing lustful thoughts in men?
