[Ninastar]

Recently in the past month I keep getting these really dizzy spells. It always happens when I stand up or walk into a room where the light was really different to where it was in the last room. (I mean like walking into a dark room after just being outside or something)

Does this happen to any of you? Do you think its something serious or is it probably to do with my age?

Please help.

Also dont tell me to go to the doctors about it cause I probably wont. I hate it there.
