BB7 the housemates had to earn it, and then we had housemates complaining of no suitcases etc
Then come BB10 they go and repeat BB7's twist but rename it! 
So I think the launch night twist should either be live nominations face to face based on first impressions (that would make for a potentially uncomfortable first week for the housemates, unless they're all like "well we've got to nominate someone, I love you really babes" and all that lol), or maybe double the amount of housemates enter and then there's a task that will only let half of them stay, the rest will have to leave immediately.

I think in bb3 they had to nominate straight away in the diary room but omg face to face on launch night like 5 minutes after meeting each other would be epic!
