Help get the Race for Life charity single to number one
On Monday 26 April we are releasing our re-recording of Cyndi Lauper's 1980's classic "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun". It will be sold exclusively by official Race for Life partner, Tesco, and available to download on iTunes. Make sure you buy your copy and help us get to number one.
The single is led by DJ and singer, Sonique, who is currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer. She features in the music video alongside other female celebrities including Coronation Street's Kym Marsh, actress Caroline Quentin, Big Brother star Nicola T, WAG Danielle Lloyd and the X-Factor's Lucie Jones.
The music video also features a number of inspirational women who have been personally affected by cancer who came along to the recording studio. Plus some of the amazing women from across the UK who added their voices to the track during our shopping centre tour earlier in the year.
Denya Dessena, a breast cancer survivor from Crawley, who features in the music video, said: "I loved every minute of my day in the recording studio – if you’d have told me a few months ago that I was going to record a single with so many famous singers, I’d have said you were mad!"

I stumbled across this when I was checking out what was going on with Nicola T, as she was supposed to be releasing a single with Coolio entitled 'Drunk', but I dont think its true. :/
Anyhow, instead I found this which she sings in with various other female stars including Lucie Jones from XF last year! Its bubbly and fun - hope it does well for the charity!
