No. Because they had their chance. There are only a couple I think deserve a second chance and that is Nasty Nick from Series 1 cos when you look back at the past ten years and the antics of some housemates he done so little to deserve to get booted out the way he did and possibly Emily of the infamous N word incident cos I think too much was engineered by Charlie and the others when the girl was not using the word in a way that should have been taken offense to and it was just post the Goody racism and she fell foul of hypersensitivity towards this.
Neither would go back in bacause they have both moved on since then.
