I think instead of them been told the winner gets a million they should start the prize fund at zero and make them have earn it during tasks for example or every week they choose the 'Housemate of the week' and this adds like 10,000 to the prize so then that housemate will feel they earned that money and want it, then they will still be fighting for it but wont be false
