Never thought I would say that about one of your posts.
The best person for the job should get it. What needs to be ensured is that minorities in government have the same chance as a typical MP at getting a job and that it shouldn't hold them back. But that doesn't mean on the grounds they are a minority that they should be ahead in the queue to get the job. The person who can best do the job should always get it.
