LOL. i love having close neighbours where i live. they're all lovely around my area.
the one side there's a couple from South Africa, and the woman speaks and looks like Zainab Masood.
but none of my neighbours are ever noisy.
But sometimes there's some well drunk people walking past the house shouting, screaming and stuff as we live like, 3 houses down from a pub.
never disturbs me though.
