Of course she can go on Celeb BB. Katia and Alex Reid went on BB because they shagged someone famous.. this Rachel became.. well not well known.. but known in her own right.. the "Miss England" title... she is more of a celeb now than what Katia and Alex were before they went in celeb BB.
