You can register and join the league now but you won't be able to select your players until June 4th, when the squads are announced.
Go to

Once you have registered and verified your account return to
http://en.mcdonalds.fantasy.fifa.com...ues.mc?view=cj and select My Leagues, then Create/Join and enter this League code to join the TiBB League:
