I can't see this video and I don't know the specifics of its claims,
but,
Once I did hear some experts discussing this in medical terms and there really were some kinds of diseases and conditions common to the homosexuals that involves feces and ingestion of feces,
and
something to do with feces inside the penis. If it takes you a number of times to figure that one out - same here.
There is also something called (or was called) Gay Bowel Syndrome which had something to do with semen being places it ought not.

Sorry for the disturbing topic but I'm just passing on what was on this radio program and seemed to be a very scholarly non-political conversation among medical types.
