At the time, this is exactly what I believed, that there were organisations with vested interests, who were pushing our buttons to create panic and fear. So this "news" absolutely no surprise to me. No doubt more revelations to come, such as which MPs hold shares in said drug companies, and/or were receiving bungs from those companies for whipping up public hysteria about this imaginary pandemic.
