The chest is just helping him divert attention from him self but he is doing it VERY badly
The idea is he does things and trys to put the blame on others
First he was given a ball and marker, he achieved nothing with that
The spuds he put a bad in someones bag hanging out is so stupid because its hanging out, they would not leave just 1 bag on show.
