Who has he bullied?
How about the new housemates for a start. How about his comments that he will beat Lea...this is intimidation and intimidation and less than half a step from bullying.
Bullying can also be through your demeanour. If he makes people feel inferior and is using his arrogance to crush people, this is akin to bullying, just not necessarily conscious bullying. But subconscious or not, he is definitely a bully.
