Simple. The floaters don't step on any toes and upset people within the BB house. While not entertaining to us, we have a different need to the housemates. We want to be entertained by madness, whereas they want to be in a comfortable enviroment. Our needs are at a complete opposite to theirs in regards who should be in the house.
