Haha,he's so intent on being the opposite of what he thinks Rachael is,and not thought of as 'the guy who knows he's hot'-as he knows the public don't like that,

That he refuses to take his top off,even in the baking sun;for fear of being called a poser.He is soooo calcuated.Just take your top off you silly man,you know he wants to,but refuses to because Rachael has previously asked him why he doesn't.

If they were in the desert,JJ would rather keep his hoody on and die of overheating,than do what he percieves will look like 'bigheaded poser' behaviour,he is utterly obsessed with protecting his image as 'the guy who is hot but doesn't care about it or show off'
-despite the fact that he uses anti-ageing lamps,highlights his hair and is sitting in the BB house; truely the signs of a person who doesn't care about his looks or want attention!
