The number on the left is what you win for betting the number on the right.
10/1 means you bet £1 and win £10 plus your £1 bet back
1/10 means you bet £10 and win £1 plus your £10 bet back
Betting odds are based on outcome eventuality, but also based on how many people back something (i.e. people may bet on something for no reason and the odds lower).
I think what has happenned is a combination between:
People have seen Shabby at 3/5 and Rachel at 12/1 and taken a value bet (less likely to occur, but the difference in odds means its worth the gamble).
And Rachel acting like a dick in live feed.
