With the BB8 one, it was amazing how they'd walk past the screen with their faces on it:

By the time the evictee had got to the end of the walk it was almost time for the eviction to be over, it was terrible, hence why it was only there for one series.
BB5, although it may not of been dramatic, becuase the exit was on ground level the evictee got the full force of the crowd screaming right at them.
