After takling (obviously) Shabby's side on that argument with Ben and even had a mild argument with Ben herself, earlier, she goes up to Ben has a nice conversation with him, hugs him with the most "i dont give a ****" hug, then walks out and bitches about Ben after she had just been "nice" to him and given him a hug.

If she doesnt like Ben, why go up to him, have a conversation with him and then hug him? Supposedly Ben thinks that she doesnt dislike him, but she was after spending time talking to Shabby bitching about him.
