I'd be quite surprised if it WAS true, because previous Big Brother contestants' identities have always been a very closely guarded secret. Not even The Sun has been able to get hold of any information before the start!
But it'll be interesting to look back at this post when BB4 does start to see if any of the names given are indeed in the house.
