Since BB pay the HMs whilst they are in the house, they are in fact "employees" for the duration of their stay and therefore BB as an "employer" has a legal duty not to discriminate against any of them and they must accommodate the individual requirements, whether they be religious, dietary or whatever, of the HMs since they were well aware of them before they were chosen to go in.
