Ofcom's broadcasting code has been in place since 2002, that didn't stop BB giving the housemates plenty to drink up until BB7. Besides, the regulations on alcohol relate to responsible drinking, not being consigned to half a can of cider once a fortnight.

Nevermind, Ofcom's days are numbered. I never thought I would I have reason to be thankful the Tories were in power.
