Thing is they can't keep them as prisoners, Shabby and Camomile can insist that they are let out and BB cannot stop them. It would be highly unethical, no matter what the time is. Even if it was 4am BB cannot stop them from going.
I have a feeling BB are $hitting themselves, they may leave them lingering all night, refusing to let them in the diary room which would be kinda' funny. Not preferable though.
