It's like a grown up Vampire Diaries really, (quite a lot of sex especially in the first series) that's the best way I can describe it. Much better than Twilight, the vampires don't sparkle
and there's other supernatural creatures in it (werewolves, shapeshifters etc) plus Alexander Skarsgard which is reason alone to watch it
