If you want to get into all the assault crap...throwing water on someone IS actually classed as assault. So his 'assault' was self defence.

As for the sunshine point, I believe a mix of two things. One, her overreaction (vagina-gate) did her absolutely no favours. And more so...the bookies had such good odds. I believe people put a lot of money on her to go, and voted like mad to get a return. Otherwise it would definitely have been bye bye caoihme.
And forgive me, but hasnt JJ only been up for eviction once? He was saved once, my good god.
