Religious people are allowed to free speech and state their faith in public But they should NOT use their faith to justify hatred against another person such as saying the bible says gays are evil then gays should be killed or locked up as a result That would be inciting homophobic hatred directing at a homosexual person or in public in terms of hate speech and that is against the law

If someone uses abusive language and threatens someone because of their sexuality or color then that is also inciting hatred

As far as I know David has only said he thinks homosexuality is wrong in his personal view because of his faith he hasn`t said anything that incites hatred yet anyway
