Im judging him on his actual behaviour towards her. All starting from him stating that he disliked her instantly. Then the fact she did nothing to him.
None of which is justifiable. And he has admitted he treated her badly so its lame for you to deny otherwise.

ps; Rachael is having a ball outside and raking in the dosh. So she really doesn't need anybodies pity. It was probably a blessing in disguise. All this time to milk the BB show while still its still on TV. Meanwhile, JJ will come out on the final night and....woosh, show over. Nobody cares anymore and no work after a couple of weeks top. He aint gonna win either.
