you've also got to take into account the way he argues with people. He bitches about them behind thier back so he can suss out how other people feel about them then he attacks by picking on some part of their personality he doesn't like and goes on and on at them untill they either snap back at him or they run off crying. if he doesn't like someone and he want's them to know, fair enough but he should just say his piece and then avoid them but his constant picking on them until they crack is really cruel.
