I would slice the liver really thinly and burn it. hides the strong flavour Take some of the pastry out of the pie dishes and make wraps around the liver. The rest of the pastry would be smothered with the dragon fruit, coooked and then served with the cream/custard, wash it down with loads of juice, then throw the lot back up again.
