Will Andrew develop a big crush on Josie? Yes but if he is their long enough he will develop a big crush on most of the girls
How will Josie respond? She will look after him without leading him on
Will she bitch about him to other HMs? Of course not, she might have a laugh and a joke about it but she wont be nasty
