They're not called the reals. The title of this topic is misleading. First of all, no one uses either word inside the house except Richard.
There aren't really two distinct groups either, as much as Richard and Grace seem to want there to be. Most people are being friends with whomever they like, it's just a few that keep to themselves.
It's mean of Richard to pick on the younger HMs and call them "plastic" just because they're less mature than him.
And there's nothing "real" about all those fake boobs and Richard's affected speech and parade of hats.
