The other half of the situation is the way that her 'friend' Caoimhe, with no attraction to JJ herself, has used her flirting with him to deliberatly wind Josie up with smirks, smug looks, and obviously targetted under her breath comments. This has p1ssed Josie off as much as the jealosy because Josie sees it as pretty much a betrayal after she gave Caoimhe her hand in friendship when Shabby left.
It is exactly the same caoimhe we have seen since day 1 though, but some have short memories and a week of rising Josie's coat tails has made a lot of people forget.
Very little of the second half of all this has been shown though, so, to be fair, most arnt even aware of it.

i dont think caoimhe is deliberatly trying to get at josie though,aside from the fact josie was doing that with jj,caoimhe has alligned herself with jj and josie since shabby left,they speak and get along well,i dont see why josie has an issue with jj talking to her when josie berates john more time when he's not around.. caoimhe isnt actually toying with jj or even overly flirting with jj imo..
