Some people were dithering if Keeley would be going back into the house depending on how serious her injury was and that apparently she said herself that she wanted to leave at some point so she may have decided she didnt want to. But its now been confirmed -

David immediately wondered how her injury might affect the public vote, noting that if she comes back bandaged up she may well secure the sympathy vote. "Rachel could be in trouble," he warned.
Rachel herself seemed unconcerned, later on telling Steve that she's "glad" her fellow housemate will be returning.
"She'll be waving her privilege card now," he joked.

I think what Dave said was very insensitive since the girl is in pain and that shouldnt really be the first thing that comes to mind. Saying that I do hope hes right and she stays.
