I don't get why people so often view psychiatry in such a negative light. Well firstly they're afraid of it actually, not that they'd easily admit to that.

I started seeing a psychiatrist when I was 15 and screw the fookin' stereotypical psychiatrist with the laying on a couch and all that $hit that really pisses me off. It's really helpful and my psychiatrist (though like 25 years older than me) just feels like a mate now. I just go and talk to him and have a laugh with him and I'll be leavin' him in about a month actually.
