I agree Josie is very manipulative. There is no doubt in my mind she set the two JJ's up against each other from the start and created huge sexual tension between them - especially on JJame's part. No wonder he ran out the door. The tension and insecurity must have been unbearable for him. Her laugh sounds like an evil cackle, IMO.
