I think that people think he's getting a free ride and that annoys them.
But, everyone is getting a free ride in that place.
Is he anymore up his own arse than Ben for eg? Hardly ,

I struggle to find him less boring than anyone else.
His worst faults are mild in comparison to a select few others.
I read people say that he brings other people down 'at times' . You'd swear that was a serious crime.
He dosn't like Ben so he nominated him.He had to nominate someone.
He's a weasle faced nerdy little mole whn is quite sad at times. Hardly loads of criteria for a manipulative sex pest there is there?

Totally respect people who don't like the mole but i don't think many have taken the time to come up with any reasonable non contradictary reasons yet.
