We already know that the following will be paying a visit to the house as part of this weeks' task and the housemates will be expected to ignore them:

Dave and Steve's wives
Tourists taking photos
A hunky man

Do you have any other ideas? I'd go for:

The whole prize money on the table with a sign saying 'take me and I'm yours.'
One of those good celebrity look-a-likes of someone outrageosly famous (Nelson Mandela, Simon Cowell etc)
A baby elephant
The Queen (never gunna happen but oh well!)
Someone dressed as a moose in the garden that shouts "moooooooose" every time someone swears!!
A live gorilla in the garden. (obviously whilst all the doors are shut and HM's can see it through the glass)
Screaming baby sounds all through the night.
