Aslo you'll notice he asked her not to say anything while before this she said why doesn't he go sleep with Mario or JJ instead.
She also assured him that whatever it was doesn't bother her and that they are just friends.
To me I analyse it as him telling her one of those three things when they muted their mics under the covers.
He told her something very personal. I don't know how you can't see that. It was way too obvious.
