I think they got given that many fails allowed because they know how hard it will be to not react in some of the ways BB have said they're not allowed to react in like smiling, walking away and staring and that and it's obvious some of them things are going to be done so that's why they're allowed that many. I thought they were going to only be allowed like 5 fails hahaha!
