I doubt this. Isn't there are law against this kind of thing happening?,I seem to remember seeing this kind of thing being a condition of entering competitions all over the place-you can't be a friend of someone from the company running the competition or related to 'em in any way.

Can you imagine how much trouble there'd be if this guy won?, even if BB gave him a secret task and he wone and got a reward, people'd still accuse BB of favouritism.

If anything, he may turn out to be Mario's brother but told to keep quiet about it.
