i think he wants to see how the british public accept him because he wants to live in England and not australia. The money is from his inheritance from his father, it is how he was able to finance the trips to and from Australia and England to get into BB.

I think he is in it to see if he can win and to have a bit of fun in the process, i don't think he expected to stay this long.
