I'm not a big fan of those with an all consuming obsession with religion so that would be my reason - but at the same time I also respect his decision to use it pull himself out of the harmful rut he was in.

I've started to find the "fire in my belly" thing pretty funny now and think of it more as an eccentricity. I sometimes say it to my daughter as a joke.
