When Sam came in he told them in his opinion (who had been watching everything) Josie John James and Steve would be in the final,so if Mario wanted to put a strong contender up it would have been Steve or Josie.I think like most hms hes afraid of confrontation with JJ so darent put Josie up and if what Sam said about Steve was true his fans would save him anyway.
