Not so long ago, they had a task to discuss the meaning of life. Obviously you were too bored with the show to watch it that day.
I do agree with you to an extent. But in that situation and atmosphere a lot of the talk will be about fellow housemates - whether it be to their face or behind their back.
I think if you're basing your opinion on the highlights show (unless you watch the live feed all day) then you don't get to see a lot of the things that are discussed.
I guess BB prouducers are under the impression that people want to see bitching, backstabbing and brawls. And nothing else.
If you say that the housemates represent the public, then we're also boring and we also don't want to see these philosophical discussions, I guess.
