Come on, they do it all the time on the European Big Brothers.
Last year an episode of the Belgium Big Brother was pulled because of the sexual activity of the housemates. They had to be asked to stop having sex so their could be a show.
The two countries where it has not happened are the USA and the UK, because of our sexual attitudes. This was discussed in a Big Brothers from around the world programme on Channel 4 last year.
