David has confronted John James and Josie about their late-night conversations.

The couple were flirting until 4.30am this morning and although the rest of the house managed to sleep through their shenanigans, the minister made it clear that their actions had kept him awake all night.

"I wanna come down there and give that flipping Australian the argument of his life," he shouted when the bedroom lights came on this morning. "No consideration at all, no consideration for anyone but yourself."

When the pair argued back that David had himself been a disturbance at bedtime, particularly while Ben was still in the house, the 39-year-old started threatening John James, warning: "I would flipping rag you, son, I would hit you so hard, I'd give you so many lefts."

"You need to chill out and read your story book," John James mocked. "Just relax." Josie then picked up where the Australian housemate had left off, adding: "Where's the forgiveness, where's the forgiveness? Lord of mercy!"

As the couple giggled and teased David, he continued: "I was in bed 11 o'clock last night, half past four, five o'clock, I got two hours sleep 'cos of flipping them pair.

"Not talking, shouting and laughing, not even whispering…no consideration at all, I hope they don’t have a single vote. Flipping get them out, especially that Australian."

However, David later admitted that he had been exaggerating his anger, which John James showed he was aware of by pretending to square up to the Welsh housemate for a fight.
