Andrew - Didn't like him when he came in, thought he'd be creepy and snobbish but actually I've found it quite nice to watch him discover himself. He went in saying that he's not like other teenagers who drink and smoke and swear, but the night he did get drunk was nice to watch him finally be a teenager, you only get the chance to muck about, make mistakes and get uber-p*ssed once in your life, and to see him enjoy himself like that was quite humbling. His Jack Bower task was really entertaining, although I don't watch '24' I could tell from Andrew's performance a lot about what the character of Jack is like, this shows more of Andrews talents rather than his academic skills which he probably didn't even know he had. Being very much like Andrew myself I do like him, but at the moment I don't want him to win.

Dave - He went in as the total nutjob of the series, but all that brovado and exaggerated personality was tamed the moment he had his hair cut. The real Dave emerged, a warm, family man sometimes but others he's a spoilt, delusional and very underhand tactical housemate. I think he's playing the game very well indeed, I'd never have guessed that he'd have made it to the final few weeks. The one thing about Dave though is that not one other housemate trusts him. Even his mates don't. I don't blame them. I am therefore stuck in the middle about Dave. He's possibly the most dimensional housemate as he's got many sides to his personality that come out at different points. Very interesting and entertaining.

Corin - She reminds me a lot of Sophie from last year, because she went in as the token bimbo and I thought they'd be out in the first week, but Corin has shown sides to her personality that are lovely. She is a good, honest, warm person who is nice to even the people she dislikes. The only problem with Corin is her lack of loyalty. This flaw seems to make her even more likable though as people on the outside connect with her and see themselves in her. A very, very funny and sweet housemate. Not at all fake in my opinion. Corin is a potential winner as a lot of other housemates (including herself) do not think she's liked at all on the outside. To see the look on their faces if Corin wins would be priceless!

Jo - Overall a very disappointing housemate. BB seems desperate for a relationship to happen this series and throwing a 'cougar' in there only confirms that. All Jo seems to do is mope about and saying "do you get what I mean" after everything. I thought she'd add a bit of glamour to the show and become a Queen Bee, she's not popular in there or out here so I imagine she'll go this week.

John James - Right, where do I start... John went in as the hunk of the show. From that moment I knew that out superficial public would love him. I liked him for the first few weeks and thought he was incredibly entertaining and likable as he didn't use his looks to get what he wanted. As the weeks have gone by his argumentative and aggressive side has come out, he simply loves himself. It's very obvious by the way he's been that he despises attractive women. First Rachael, then a string of others, now its Corin. I can see straight away why he went for Josie as his BFF. He didn't want to come across that looks mean everything. Of course Josie fell for it and now he's in a very strong position. I don't like John James at all.

JJ - I thought the house needed someone like JJ, I thought he'd be charming, protective and would stand up to John as John obviously respects him. I liked him up until the point where he tried to snatch the key off Sam. It was a rude and aggressive gesture and was a bit uncomfortable to watch. Since then his treatment of Corin has been appaling. If you don't like a girl but she obviously likes you, you just don't get into bed with her and let her 'massage' you. It is called leading someone on and its nasty and unfair. For him to then go and bitch about Corin to John and Josie is sickeningly mean. I would love for JJ to go this week but I feel as if the backlash would turn against Josie, as would John.

Steve - There was no way that Steve would ever be an entertaining housemate. Once he's told his tragic story there's really nothing left of him. I was really touched when he cried at his video from home, that showed us that he is a strong, loyal family man and that he needed the role of Baron much more that the others needed a leader. I do not want Steve to win, as it's very predictable and I feel as if he hasn't done enough. But I think it would mean a lot to him to make the final.

Mario - Brilliant in the mole task he definitely was, but since then... he's gone downhill. From perving over the male housemates to acting like a spoilt brat throwning tantrums and sulking when he doesn't get hi own way, Mario is the child of the house. I can't help but feel that there are elements of favourtism towards him in BB, I also do not believe that the tombola at the start was 100% trustworthy. There's no way that Steve or other 'larger' hopefuls would have fit through that hole in the bathroom or done other stuff like that. Mario will get to the final somehow. But will not win.

Josie - Extremely likable and hilarious character, I LOVE Josie. She's been a fantastic housemate and provided us with the storyline of the series. A lot of people dislike her on here, but I've come to reailse that they are sprouting a lot of negative words about her to make their own favourites more popular by default. She is bubbly and genuine 100%. No way is she sly, manipulative, fake or any of those other things. Josie should win as she's developed a lot in the house, had her weaknesses broadcast and her positives shine. A beautiful, honest woman who seems upbeat and jokey much of the time, a trusted and liked housemate within the house and a perfect winner in my eyes.

Sam - I hated Sam at first, he was rude and unnecessarily vicious towards many of the housemates, He very nearly revealed Ultimate BB and has revealed many snippets about who is popular on the outside, that is unforgivable as I hate it when new HM's go in and ruin the isolation. I think that this year the hosuemates have been more in touch with the outside world than ever before, taking away the very essence of the show. Sam, however, has developed and realised that he needs to be liked in there to last more than 2 weeks (which is what he really wanted). For him to now be favourite to win is astounding and makes a mockery of the other 9 weeks that Big Brother has gone on for. I don't want him to win but I am beginning to like him and want him to stay a bit longer.

I hope I havn't forgotten anyone :S
I loved reading this post, thanks, really in depth and well thought out!
